Krista Garcia is a seasoned chef, pastry chef, and culinary instructor who has lived on Maui for the last 9 years, immersing herself in the cuisine of the islands.  She has forged relationships with local farmers, foragers, and artisans, allowing her to source the best ingredients available. 

​Chef Krista has nearly 30 years of expertise ranging from pastry to butchery, private dining to cooking classes.  She was a Pastry Chef de Partie at The French Laundry in the Napa Valley, was a featured chef at The James Beard House in New York and curated intimate dining experiences  for 6 years in The Treehouse at Hotel Wailea, Hawaii's first and only Relais & Chateaux property.

Krista and her husband live on Maui’s northshore and enjoy spending their time establishing a farm to table homestead on his multi-generational pineapple farm, Kokomo Farm & Nursery.
